" It’s somewhere cool to hang out after school, I like getting involved in all the activities"
Whangarei Youth Space provides free youth health and youth development services, programmes and activities for 12-24 yr olds in our city.
This is a safe and fun place where you can meet friends, get involved in what’s on, find a mentor, access health services and get education, training and employment support.
All Young people thriving and valued
We exist so that young people in Whangarei have a place of belonging, easy access to support, development opportunities, and youth-specific health services.

Making it happen
Whangarei Youth Space is registered charity. We receive some government funding but each year we are faced with having to find significant funds to keep doing the critical work we do with the young people of Whangarei.
We would like to acknowledge our key supporters that make our work possible.
